You need:
* Butter for frying
* 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper (The secret is to dry-fry the
cracked black pepper in a wok. Toast it until you release an aroma before
you cook with it.)
* 6-8 cloves of garlic - crushed
* 1-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
* up to 500 grams of crabs or prawns or beef cut into cubes (The restaurant
secret is to deep-fry the meat before using it)
Method:
Fry the butter until it melts
Fry garlic until aroma is released
Add crab or prawn or beef
Add oyster sauce
Then add pepper and stir for a few seconds
