Mini Cookvention
Venue: Al' Capricorn Residence, Taman Cahaya, Kuala Lumpur.
Date: 26th October, 2010.


On October 26, BGS 8 Nils-Owe, BGS 22 Stefan and BGS 21 Bo met at the house in Cahaya to arrange a Mini Cookvention.
There were only four guests invited, Kajsa, Alice, Carl and Benny.

Starter

We had decided to start with a Gubbröra served on a piece of toast together with schnaps and German beer.
Even though the guests thought it to be a little on the salty side it was washed down.


Main Course

The main course was tenderloin prepared in a way much like Coeur de File,
served with nice potatoes - first fried and than baked in the owen, some beans wrapped in bacon,
together with a very nice mushroom sauce that blends in perfectly with the dish. To this dish we served a nice red wine.


Desert

The desert was a tiramisu made in accordance with all rules and regulations.
