Ham paté
(8-10 persons)













600 g minced meat (beef and pork mixed)
150 g smoked ham in cubes
1,5 teaspoon salt
3 small teaspoons white or black pepper
3 pressed pips of garlic
3 dl finely chopped parsley ( )
3 tbl spoons wheat-flour
3 eggs
3 dl whipping cream

Method

Mix the minced meat with ham and spices. Mix down the parsley, wheat-flour, eggs one thing at the time and thin down with cream. Pack or pour the mixture into a buttered form (about 1,5 liters). Cover with folio and bake in oven at 175 centigrade for about one hour. Let the pate cool down in the form. Cut the pate in slices and serve with salad, bread, marinated cucumbers, cranberry sauce (or black current jelly) and a gratin.

Gratin

In an oven form with high side put a layer of sliced potatoes then sliced onions then grated cheese. Mix like this until full. Pour over cream. Bake in oven 225 degrees about 1 to 1,5 hours.
