Mix the minced meat with ham and spices. Mix down the parsley, wheat-flour,
eggs one thing at the time and thin down with cream. Pack or pour the mixture
into a buttered form (about 1,5 liters). Cover with folio and bake in oven
at 175 centigrade for about one hour. Let the pate cool down in the form.
Cut the pate in slices and serve with salad, bread, marinated cucumbers,
cranberry sauce (or black current jelly) and a gratin.
